How it works?
Finally, a system which values your time spent. Yes, candidates get paid for the time they spend introducing and referring friends. Reference is valuable and authentic for companies in taking a quick decision about their potential recruits.
Companies will buy your references and you get rewarded. But be careful, your references will get rated by buyers - if a reference is forged, your rating will go down and monitory benefits would be proportional to reference review rating.
Not only this, candidates also get paid a certain percentage of the earning of people introduced by them, based on a unique point system. The earnings through sharing will increase exponentially as chain builds down.

What is this Unique Point System ?

Hi Sarabjeet.. Thanks for asking the question. We are uploading a graphical picture soon on site to give a clear message.. for the time being let me clarify suppose you are a candidate.
1. n number of people have reffered you. When a company is looking at your profile. They need to buy those reference based on that those people will get some points.
2. You have introduced a friend he earns 200 points you will get automatically 10 % of it 20 points.
At the end of a quarter or so we will distribute 30 % revenue among the members in proportion to their points.
Another major point is system is reference validation. Whoever buys the reference will be asked to verify it. and based on the rating your reference rating will go up and down so lets say your rating is 0.7 and you get 1000 points. You will be eligible to be paid for 700 points only. So system is pushing you to give correct reference not friendly refrence.
Guys,
LinkedIn.com has not monetized yet the same stuff "Endorsements" or people referral. I doubt how far this will work.
Anyway good try in a competitive market place
There is a difference in linkedin and mohanchoti . Linkedin is designed to introduce people for doing business. This system is designed to fill up the validation need. Another thing here is end users are invlolved in the business and thus will become the vehicle to propell the system at much higher heights.
