It is a Global Third Generation Recruitment portal. It provides unique interface between candidates and companies.

2.) What is Third Generation Recruitment portal?
It is one step ahead in online recruitment systems. Besides offering instant information, it allows for instant validation and verification through references. Thus common problems besetting the recruitment industry such as false information and lack of instant validation can be easily overcome. It is a system which values time and references of users. Yes, you get paid for time you spent referring your friends. Introduction is an invitation by a registered user of MohanChoti to a potential recruit/candidate to become a member.

2.) Why should I introduce someone to MohanChoti?
You will be rewarded by sharing of points, which will increase exponentially as chain builds down. Further, companies will get access to information about the candidate.

3.) How many introductions can I make on MohanChoti?
There is no limit, but these should be genuine, else it will affect your earnings adversely.

4.) Whom can I introduce?
You can introduce a friend or someone who is a potential candidate for companies.

5.) What is Introducer's ID?
It is an Identification Number by which the system identifies the introducer at the time of registration through link in the introducer's invitation mail. It is left blank if registration is done directly.

6.) How can I get the introduced person to register?
The status of invitation is shown when you click on "View Introductions." You can send instant reminders online.


About Reference : -

1.) What is Reference?
Reference is professional comments made about a potential recruit. It is available online for instant verification of the candidate, which a company would like to buy from MohanChoti for recruitment.

2.) Who can give Reference?
Reference is given by any person who has genuine comments/remarks to make about a potential candidate of Mohanchoti. Remember, your reference is a valuable authentic tool, so please give carefully.

3.) How can I give Reference?
You can give reference of a candidate at the time of introducing him/her, or anytime after his/her registration. You can also give reference upon invitation mail from a candidate.

4.) Can I view all my Reference comments?
Yes, please log-in and visit the Reference section for the history. You can view, add, but not edit/modify.

5.) Why should I give reference?
Companies who want to recruit a candidate will buy your references, and you get rated and rewarded based on a point system. Further, your reference is useful tool in the recruitment industry to prevent problems of false information and validation. Your reference can help candidate find the right job in industry.

Unique Point System !!!

I need some clarifications on references and points earned,
If I refer persons having experience in different domains and having various years of experience on those domains (I mean like JAVA, .NET etc…). Then how will you give the points? And for how many points will you give reward?
If I refer batch (people around 4 or 5 from the same company), is there any further benefits from your side to me, you have any chart for how many points earned and how much money we get.
If it is there then send it to me. So how can I get the money through cheque? Please give reply for this mail.

Thanks for the mail. System is working like this. Here is brief explanation of how you will get points in the system. Suppose you have two friends x and y

you write details about X and Y and company comes and want to hire X and Y so they will be asked to buy your reference if they buy you will get 100 points.
Suppose out of X and Y. X was introduced by you only now if X has 100 points you will get 10 points.

Now at the end of every quarter we will summarize all the points find out total revenue and and distribute 25 % of it among the member based on their points.

Hi Sarabjeet.. Thanks for asking the question. We are uploading a graphical picture soon on site to give a clear message.. for the time being let me clarify suppose you are a candidate.

1. n number of people have reffered you. When a company is looking at your profile. They need to buy those reference based on that those people will get some points.

2. You have introduced a friend he earns 200 points you will get automatically 10 % of it 20 points. At the end of a quarter or so we will distribute 30 % revenue among the members in proportion to their points.

Another major point is system is reference validation. Whoever buys the reference will be asked to verify it. and based on the rating your reference rating will go up and down so lets say your rating is 0.7 and you get 1000 points. You will be eligible to be paid for 700 points only. So system is pushing you to give correct reference not friendly refrence.

Hi Kamal, Yes, you definitely can initiate and spread your network on Mohanchoti.com. The larger your network of potential candidates, the more your financial rewards. All you have to do is, register yourself first and then introduce your friends from your login.

Hi Hemant,Thanks for the encouraging mail and a genuinequestion. Here is our explanantion. Idea behind keeping the name as Mohanchoti was for-
1.) To have a unique name which does not have anyconnotation from recruitment market, so that we canactually define the meaning for the same. May be backin the mind Google, Yahoo were there like get anabstract name and completely define the meaning of it.Because we feel Mohanchoti is not only aboutrecruitment but a general movement to fill gaps in theIndustry.

2.) Not easily forgettableUnfortunately our team is not a great movie buff, sowe realised quite late that it was the name of acomedian of yester years.
